FOOTBALL - England have included 19-year-old Jack Butland in their Euro 2012 squad to replace the injured John Ruddy. Butland has never played a top flight match. Which need  not be an issue, because only one of 116 European Championship campaigns (Portugal in 2000) even used three goalkeepers.
