REVIEW: Mourinho wins his first match ever at Camp Nou as manager
FOOTBALL - On Saturday, José Mourinho’s Real Madrid defeated FC Barcelona 1-2 at Camp Nou, making it the first time the Portuguese coach won a match at Camp Nou. This was his ninth match at the stadium. Of the previous eight, he drew three times and lost five matches with Chelsea, Internazionale and Real Madrid.
- The last time he left Camp Nou victorious was as an assistant of Louis van Gaal at FC Barcelona. Barça won against Sevilla FC in April 2000.
- Mourinho has already won championships in Portugal (FC Porto), England (Chelsea) and Italy (Internazionale).
- Mourinho is already the only coach to have won the Champions Cup/Champions League and the Domestic League in the same year with two different clubs (FC Porto in 2004 and Internazionale in 2010) and is still in the race to do this with Real Madrid this year.
