If they also avoid defeat at Cesena this Wednesday, they will equal the Serie A record by AC Milan, who stayed undefeated through their first 34 in 1991/1992. Theoretically, they could set a new record at Novara next Sunday. Cesena and Novara are the lowest ranked teams in Serie A.
