REVIEW: Top seeded Bulls bounced by Sixers

BASKETBALL - The top seeded Chicago Bulls were eliminated in the first round of the NBA playoffs by the Philadelphia 76ers, the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference. It is only the fifth time since the current postseason format was introduced in 1984 that an eighth seeded team has knocked out a top seed.
