INFOGRAPHIC: Grenada punches above its weight

OLYMPIC GAMES - The small Caribbean island of Granada is winning on average the most gold medals of all countries in the world, at least based on population. Kirani James claimed the nation’s only gold medal this Olympic Games, but due to a population of just over 100,000 inhabitants, it means the country on average wins more than nine gold medals per million inhabitants while the leaders in the medal table, China, win 0.02 gold medals for every million Chinese inhabitants.
