PREVIEW: Hawthorn aiming to make it five in a row

AUSSIE RULES - The Grand Final of the AFL season will see the Hawthorn Hawks take on the Sydney Swans at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Saturday, 29 September. The Hawks have not lost a grand final since 1987, won each of their four ensuing grand final appearances and can become the third team in the 115-year history of the AFL to win five consecutive grand final appearances.
