Sevilla FC - FC Barcelona
> Sevilla FC can become the fourth club to record 30 home wins vs FC Barcelona in La Liga (W29-D19-L20) after Real Madrid (50), Athletic Bilbao (41) and Atlético Madrid (37).
> Deportivo La Coruna and Real Betis are the last two clubs to beat Real and Barcelona at home in the same season: 2007/08.
> FC Barcelona are on top of the La Liga table with 15 points from five matches. If they win at Sevilla they will have 18 points from six matches, a feat they have only managed to do four times before in La Liga, most recently in 2009/10. Only once on those four previous occasions did Barça not manage to win La Liga: 1929/1930. They won the title in 1990/91, 1997/98 and 2009/10.
Real Madrid - Deportivo La Coruña
> Deportivo La Coruña managed to win only two of the 41 La Liga matches at Real Madrid. Real won 34 times and five times the match ended in a draw.
> Real Madrid have seven points from their first five La Liga matches this season (W2-D1-L2), their worst start since 2001/2002. In that season, Deportivo finished second in La Liga behind winners Valencia.
> Deportivo have not won any of their last 12 away matches in La Liga. Last time this happened was between December 2009 and October 2012, when they failed to win 17 away matches in a row.
