FOOTBALL - Hans-Jörg Butt is 38 years old today. Being a goalkeeper, Butt has scored an incredible 26 goals in the Bundesliga as a goalkeeper. At every club he played for, Butt was the penalty kicker. Only by Bayern Munich has he never kicked a penalty. In 2003-04, after scoring a penalty in an away match against FC Schalke 04 on 17 April 2004, Butt started his retreat in which he was met by his excited teammates. Immediately after he raised his hand to signal readiness (while still jogging back toward his net), Schalke player Mike Hanke shot the ball from the halfway line and scored on the oblivious keeper.
