Since most of our guides and articles are provided free of charge, this policy mainly applies to any paid products or services we may offer in the future.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only in specific situations. If you have purchased a paid digital product such as a premium guide or special itinerary pack and you are not satisfied with it, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund you must provide a clear reason why the product did not meet your expectations.
We do not offer refunds for free content, newsletter subscriptions that have already been delivered, or any purchases made more than 14 days ago. Refunds are also not available if the product has been downloaded or significantly used.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund please contact us by email with your order details and the reason for your request. We will review your case carefully and respond within 5 business days. If your request is approved the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions
There are certain cases where refunds cannot be issued. These include purchases made during promotional periods with explicit no refund conditions, digital products that have been opened or accessed beyond the initial preview, and any services that have already been fully delivered. We also reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse of the policy.
